I much regret that by oversight I omitted in my report on Ordinance 10 of 1890 to call attention to the increase of the limit of punishment conferred by section 80 of that Ordinance.

I observe my report is dated July 8th 1890, the day I left the Colony for England on leave of absence. The great pressure of work on the morning of my departure probably accounts for
